You’ll be based at Awera Resort — a surf-obsessed resort positioned perfectly to access world-class waves right on your doorstep. Expect perfect lefts and rights, powerful walls for progressive turns and barrel sections for those ready to commit.
This retreat is built for intermediate-advanced surfers who are comfortable in head-to-overhead surf and are ready to push their limits, refine technique, improve cutbacks and maybe chase a few barrels along the way!. With over 10 surf breaks accessible by boat — including Telescopes, Scarecrows, 7 Palms, and Icelands — every day is shaped by conditions, tides and chasing the best possible session.
With a dedicated fleet of boats running daily, your surf schedule is completely optimised around the ocean. Our experienced surf guides and captains know every break incredibly well, ensuring you are always in the right place at the right time.
Across the trip, our coach will support you in pushing beyond your comfort zone. To support your progression, we include regular video analysis sessions alongside a full photo and video package captured by our in-water camerawoman. You’ll receive high-quality footage of your best waves, along with clear feedback to help you improve session by session.
Back at Awera Resort, everything is designed around surf, recovery and rest. Ocean-view villas, private plunge pools, a yoga shala, infinity pool, gym and spa.
Your jungle bungalow accommodation is shared between 2–4 women and is set within tropical gardens just steps from the ocean. Each bungalow features spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, air conditioning, surf storage, and peaceful spaces to unwind after long surf days.
This is a high-quality surf experience in one of the most consistent and exciting wave regions in the world — shared with a group of motivated women and guided by a team who live and breathe surfing!!
