OUMONO is rooted in the essence of surfing—being outdoors, embracing movement, and finding nourishment for the body and soul. These three elements are the heartbeat of our community, and the reason we gather, grow, and flow together.

We’re here to empower and connect women around the world through surf, skate, and yoga experiences—each one personally tested, refined, and thoughtfully curated by us.

Whether you’re a total newcomer dreaming of catching your first wave, an ocean-lover fine-tuning your technique, or a seasoned adventurer seeking sisterhood across the globe—Oumono Club was created for you.

Welcome to your new girl gang.

OUTDOORS

The outdoors is our playground—a space where we feel truly alive. Whether it’s the salt on our skin, the sun on our faces or the earth beneath our feet, nature helps us reconnect and recharge. It’s our sanctuary for growth, adventure, and real connection. From ocean swells to mountain trails, the natural world grounds us, challenges us, and reminds us to breathe. Out here, we’re free to move, reflect, and return to ourselves—no noise, no pressure, just the wild and us.

SKATE

Surf skating is an essential part of our land-based training and a fun way to improve your surfing skills. It helps build muscle memory, balance, and confidence, making it easier to transfer those skills to the ocean. Surf skating allows us to practice flow, speed, and technique on land, giving us the foundation we need to feel more comfortable and in control when we hit the waves.

MOVEMENT

We believe movement is about more than just staying active—it’s about listening to our bodies. After hours of ocean time, we place a strong emphasis on recovery. Movement doesn’t mean constantly being on the go; it’s about honouring our bodies by taking time to slow down, stretch, and reset. Each day, we balance the energy of the waves with moments of calm, ensuring we’re ready to keep doing more of what we love most—whether that’s paddling back out, skating, or simply soaking in the good vibes.

NOURISHMENT

We nourish ourselves from the inside out—through wholesome food, positive energy, and meaningful connections. At Oumono Club, we fuel our bodies with fresh ingredients and our souls with empowering relationships that help us grow, both in and out of the water. We love sharing meals around big tables full of delicious, nutritious dishes. Our retreats provide the fuel you need to leave your stomachs full and your bodies energized, so you can keep doing what you love.

YOGA

Yoga is the bridge between mind and body, helping us strengthen and restore after hours of paddling. It’s not just about posture and balance—it’s about connecting with our soul. Whether we’re stretching on the beach or practicing mindfulness between sessions, yoga quiets the mind and builds the inner strength needed to take on more challenging waves. It keeps us grounded, balanced, and open to the world around us, fostering the peace and resilience we need both in and out of the water.

SURF & COMMUNITY

Surfing is at the very heart of our community—it’s where everything began. It’s how we discovered our beautiful surf sisterhood of women. It’s the bond we share, the support we give, and the joy we find in cheering each other on every wave (no matter how big or small). Oumono Club is more than a retreat; it’s a sisterhood that empowers women from all walks of life to grow, connect, and celebrate this world together. Here, you’re never alone—you’re part of Oumono Club.
